Who we are

Total Chalet Solutions is a family-run chalet services business based in the Haute-Savoie, France, looking after chalets in Morzine, Les Gets and the surrounding villages. If you have any questions about this policy or your details, email us at info@totalchaletsolutions.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the services you're interested in and your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to provide our services and manage your account. We never sell your details, and we won't send you marketing unless you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

Your details are held by our website provider (Squarespace) and our email provider so that we can receive and answer your message. We don't share them with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, or for as long as you're a client of ours, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under data protection law (GDPR), you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. Just email info@totalchaletsolutions.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
